http://www.hellohost.com). I love their service and their support is outstanding. It's not as cheap as the one mentioned above, but you get what you pay for.

Or you can check out webhostingtalk.com. It's a forums where web hosts ask questions and advertise their product. Maybe you'll find a better deal there or find something that suit your needs.
