You caught me Cooley.... I said my league file is in the root directory, but I only said that because I didn't want to confuse you further. I think your zip file was in the root directory, so to explain it easier, I said mine was to. But like you point out, long ago I had changed it so that the league file was in the same directory (LeagueSite) as my HTML files. I originally did this to make FTPing easier so that I could upload my league file and the HTML files at the same time.

Doesn't matter where you do it on your PC. I used my D drive and created a subdirectory called _bos in which I placed everything I wanted to uploaded. You zip up the zip file in a way that it does not include the drive or main subdirectories in the path (the C:\_bos subdirectory), but rather in a way so that it contains the subdirectories in the same structure as on your website. My zipfile looks like this (name _bos.zip)

BoysofSummer1910.zip /leaguesite
1.htm /leaguesite
league.htm /leaguesite
