The quotes do not go around the name of the zip file.

The only files that go to "LeagueSite" would be your HTML files. The files can go anywhere you want. What you need to do is create subdirectories on your PC that mirror the ones on your site. In my zipfile, I have the leaguefile go to the root directory, the LeagueSite files go to /LeagueSite (I had used the same naming convention), the reference files go to /reference. So you have complete control over where each file goes.

I'll see if I can do a sample for you (small enough so you can download it quickly) that illustrates this.
