I actually like the idea, just because when I play OOTP I like it to be like watchign a game on TV, I sit there watching games yelling when the coach leaves in the slugger who is 0-15 vs someone and doesnt put in a guy whos 11-13 life time vs him. it may not always make sense and be true, but it would just add to the realism of the game, for me at least..
