Gee, that name looks familiar. They're both top players in the GVBL that's for sure and I'd probably be asking the same questions if I were drafting first (10th and after the other 4 teams in my division... waah). Personally, I might have had to flip a coin, choosing between them.

Gotta love lefty power and your park sounds like it's a perfect match for Durham. My park's a bit less friendly to hitters (I think), so I myself probably would have gone Kocher. I'll win more games if I have outfielders who can range more easily, and find gaps, and can steal.

Kocher is probably a better fit for a team that wants an 'all the tools' player, while Durham is for the team that wants a guy who will knock in runs. All I know is this, both players go on my 'watch list', and if somehow Kocher falls to #10 I'll be a happy GM. I expect them to go 1 2 though.
