I’m saying ‘Since you live in Virginia maybe the league will let you control Baltimore or Philadelphia because you’re relatively close to those places.’ I was also making the point that the ‘home region’ of many teams is larger than just their own city or state. (The closest major-league city to Arkansas is Dallas, which is about 200 miles away from the state border.)
