Has anyone been able to figure out a way to do this? That is, create players who are used to hit AND pitch?

I've messed around with a few different ways but none of them have worked. I tend to like to create entirely "different" baseball universes and the one I'm currently working on would have very small rosters which would promote the use of 2-way players.
