You can actually do this in CatoBase. Click Edit/Team Info. Select the Year from the drop down and edit away. Select the next year and repeat.
If you have Access 2000 or higher, you can do it faster by editing the table directly. The manager is listed in the TeamInfo table.
The manager pages get remade when the player pages are made, so the next year you process will show your corrections.
