blueturf - first off, let me just say, great job putting this together - I will be implementing it into my league very soon.

I did notice one very minor issue, however. When a random number is generated in column E, Excel will go to the A column and find the range which that number falls between and take the first of the two cells.

The problem with this, as it stands now, is that Zion IL, the last city listed, will never be used as it will never be the upper value on the random number generated. Per 2000 Census, Zion's population is 22,866. So, if I am understanding things correctly, the last two rows should look as follows:

150982.4 Zion IL
151005.3

Since the very bottom row will never be used, it won't matter that there is no city name in there....hope this makes sense.
