GDE correctly made a comment about music/movie stars not doing what he did. You'll never see movie stars doing that because most of them are self hating americans. I'm still waiting for Baldwin to leave the country as he promised if Bush got elected. Now, I don't agree with everything that Bush is doing, and I do think he's getting some misinformation from people in his administration but Baldwin leaving the country was good enough of a reason to vote for Bush.
My personal feeling is we should become isolationists and cut off all of the involuntary aid we provide the whole *&%$# world. That money could be used in our own country to solve most of our problems. The whole world wouldn't be mad at us for being involved in everyone's business and we wouldn't have to be up to our ears in taxes and utility bills, which are largely taxes. I know however that this will never happen because pockets are being greased, and it doesn't matter which administration is in.
