Looking for Fictional. Talent Only League

As the subject of this post states I am looking to join a
fictional, talent only league. I have been in several leagues previously, but due to work and other RL issues haven't been involved in any for a while. I consider myself to be an active owner, who enjoys writing articles, doing polls, etc. Also, I am willing to get on a waiting list for the right league if no openings are available.
