If you still want to use the CBL (a.k.a real) rosters and use a fantasy draft with the real players, just go to your League Setup menu, and in the bottom/middle portion of the screen (titled League Functions), just select the "Reset, Release All Players, Fantasy Draft" option. This will give you the real rosters but allow you to start over with no one on teams and a fantasy draft to start.
