Unzip the retired.dat file to whatever league you plan on using them, only one of them can be used at the same time depending on what you want.
D:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP 6\???.lg
The Top 25 file is about 2 megs smaller than the HOF file so I create it for people who may have slower computers.
