Simming Question when player is tire or injure

if a player is tire on your human controlled team, will the cpu look who you have in the depth chart and start that player when u sim?

if a player is injure for a few games on your human controlled team and is shows him starting in your lineup, will cpu look who you have in the depth chart and start that player when u sim and when he not injure no more the cpu will start him again?

or in both cases do i need to remove him from starting lineup myself before i sim?
