My Idea for Waivers in Online Leagues!?!?!

As a commish of an online league and an owner in 6 more, like all of you, I tried to think of a way to implement waivers for online play. I have an idea, however, I don't know how feasible it is, because I'm not a code monkey. Those of you who are coders or developers please join in, and hopefully maybe my idea will work or it will give someone their own idea that will work.

First, there would have to be a way to export waivers to the server. It would be similar to exporting Spring Training, but like regular exports, would be an automatic upload to the server. These waiver exports could be done at any time.

Second, the server must have a way to not only hold the exports, but there must be a way to link the files so that they are downloadable from the league website (server). So any time you visit your league's website, you could click a button and quickly import any waivers that might have been uploaded since the last sim. These waivers would then show up in your game.

From here there would have to be a time limit, such as 48 actual hours in real time that a player could remain on waivers. Teams could export their "claims" via the same system. Finally, the whole cycle would be updated at the time of the each sim was completed (whether by the game, or the commish).

I realize this is probably a coding nightmare, but I guess my question is, is this a feasible solution in the idea and could someone could actually develop something that could do this? With absolutely no knowledge of code or development, I thought I would ask you guys what you thought of this idea. In theory, I think it would work, and several commishes I asked about it thought it made sense. I guess the nature of problem may make it something only Markus could do, since he created and knows the game. Bottom line is, I know we'd all love to find a feasible solution so that waivers could be used in online leagues. Let's find the answer.
