Yes, this "uncertainty" in player potential does make OOTP6 a great fun. However, if most of college pitchers with high rating turns out to be a bust (not even becoming a mediocre pitcher), this would make finding good future franchise players/rotation anchor a bit frustrating at least, isn't it?
Well, I guess present GMs in the bigs have trouble finding future rotation anchor/franchise players anyway.
