The USBBL is an 18 team fictional league with two openings. The Commissioners are friendly, helpfull and open to suggestions from the league owners. The forums are very active and trading is plentiful. We will be starting our fourth season on Sunday.

Visit the site (link at bottom) and check out the open teams (Salt Lake City and Richmond). You can change the city and team name but, they need to be located in the same geographical area. The open teams are in the West and South.
