I'll try to answer as much of this as I can considering what I know, what I don't know, and what I'm allowed to say
Strikeouts: I think there is a slight issue there that is currently being investigated.
Transitional Eras: I don't have these yet, but I believe a decade by decade set of modifiers would be helpful. If used correctly, this would eliminate any need to play around with the League Totals anymore.
