Sorry guys, but fix what? When playing Solo, you can rescind FA offers whenever you want. The players will then not negoitate with you. I'm not sure that it can happen in a MP league, but if you can't, what's the big deal? Sorry guys, to me, it's not that big of a deal. Anyone who goes over the cap can trade away players to get under it, it'll just be harder to get anything of value since other teams will know that your trying to do it. I guess, to me, it's part of being a good GM.
