I'm not clear on whether the issue here is the IDs or the league name. Since most of the IDs have now joined the new league, and since you have plenty of new owners ready to go in your league, why not just ask Andreas to release the IDs of anyone who wants to switch leagues? You could replace the departing owner IDs with your incoming owners; seems like that would work for everyone.
