The other owners need to continue with their new league just like Raven said, "using their own web space." You can also apply for your own OOTP Leagues space, but this OOTP Leagues space is rightfully mine and the name RWBL is also rightfully mine. After all, I did establish the league and name it - not to mention being the commish.
