I recently converted an OOTP5 League to OOTP6, one of my dynasty threads....so I only play in God Mode.

I sim the entire season with all teams under CPU control.

Since I downloaded the 6.01 patch, I've been getting notices like this:
"There is new email for GIF89aT! Stop Sim?"

If you click Yes, the Sim crashes. If you click No, the Sim continues, but the notice pops up nearly every sim day. Rather annoying and time-consuming.

Obviously, there are no human-controlled teams, especially ones named GIF89aT, and I am not in Manager mode, so this shouldn't happen.

Has anyone else seen this bug?
