Since this question is getting ask multiple times in other forums I figure it would be a good idea to post this since not everyone will know that the "CBL" is a real player roster set.

To install this roster,

Using WinZip (with it on wizard mode)

1) Double click cbl_version_2.zip
2) Winzip Welcome, click next
3) Select Activity: Make sure 'unzip or install from "cbl_version_2"' is checked and click next
4) On this screen make sure there is a check beside "Display file icons after unzipping" and click unzip now
5) Once the files are unzip and a folder pops up doubleclick CBL Version 2.0 folder
6) Click CBLv2.0.lg once so that it is highlighted and press ctrl+x
7) Head to the directory that OOTP6 is installed in, the default directory is C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP 6
8) press ctrl+v to paste the league into the folder.
9) The league should now be available in OOTP 6.
