Further Oddities...
OK, further testing with league totals show some additional weirdness, at least compared to OOTP5. Again, using the new "DIPS" engine, I can tune league totals in the expected manner for most catagories: i.e. tuning the "doubles" catagory upward, causes the generated league to have fewer doubles. This is what I expected, as this is how adjustments worked in OOTP5.
However, in OOTP6, adjusting the "Average on Balls in Play" has the opposite effect: adjusting this number upwards causes league averages to increase, and adjusting downwars causes league totals to decrease...
...to a certain point. Adjusting *too* low still causes OOTP6 to freeze.
Again, hoping my $.02 helps, if only a little.
