I ran a test league using the default career league and default settings...steals at "normal"...played it the way it comes set up...no changes in settings.
In the AL game league stolen bases totalled 1833.
In the Real AL last year the total was only 1279.
In the OOTP6 NL the total was 2273...Real NL MLB only1294.
Ichiro stole 98 bases in OOTP6...only 34 last year...Johnny Damon stole 65 in OOTP6...only 30 in MLB last year.
It looks like the stolen base setting should be lowered to "not often" or "seldom" to get realistic figures.
I will run another test season and post the results here.
