If you search by ratings through the player trade screen, you have to use the 1-10 set even if you're running 1-100.

Also, I've noticed that a bunch of guys ratings are non-existent while managing a game; i.e., a new pitcher will enter the game, and his ratings won't appear on the game interface nor in the player card if you click his name.
