Yes before the start of season 3....some of the current owners bought OOTP5 specificly for TCBL so I wanted to give them 2 seasons to use the game and not waiste their money
What of the new financial \ transactions features will be implimented?:
Another reason we gona wait to season 3, TCBL is using a Lux Tax system so we will have to evaluate what new features OOTP6 offers and how this fits into our current system.
Head to Head play?:
I as commish would be all for this if the owners are interested in using Head to head.
