A team doesn't wait a week to get back to someone on interest, and if they do, they aren't really that interested. Adding responses within one or two days would be ideal imo.
I don't think I agree either. What if you are trying a salary dump and no one wants a overpaid, over the hill player. Other teams would have to have a need for who you want to trade.
