I think it would be cool to get almost instant offers back. For example, if a player is put on the block, the next simmed day, the GM will get a whole bunch of emails from teams offering to trade him, and what they're willing to trade. A team doesn't wait a week to get back to someone on interest, and if they do, they aren't really that interested. Adding responses within one or two days would be ideal imo.
