It's a difficult and expensive process... better that you don't waste your time trying to get one.

If you must though, you need to find the avatar application form. It is a fillable .pdf file. You need to send 3 copies of it to the OOTPDevelopments Avatar Approval Department. Don't worry, you can submit one copy online, the other two have to be mailed to the appropriate address... it's on the form. Oh, you need to send in $50 as well. They accept paypal or you can do an online credit card payment. They also accept money orders which you can send with the applications that need to be mailed.
