In trying to solve a problem I'm having with Cato's History Website Creator, I noticed that the bat_career.csv and pit_career.csv files for a league I'm running (which started in 2000) don't include any player stats from the 2000 season, even though if you look at a player within OOTP there are 2000 season stats that show up. The 2001 - 2006 season stats show up fine.
I don't think this is the issue, but in the interest of full disclosure, here's a bit of background on the league. The league was run using HighHeat from 2000 - 2005, and then I created a "dummy" Lahman database, using the 2000 - 2005 season stats for all the players. I imported these stats into the game, just as is done when importing from the Lahman database. The league was run using OOTP5 for the 2006 and 2007 seasons.
Any ideas about the missing season in the bat_career.csv and pitch_career.csv files?
I'm using the versions of CommishJoe's Exporter 5 that work with Cato's program, which I got from his website (
www.equalnicity.com).
