Hmmm, guess this means I'd better start looking at gathering the real MLB spring training schedules to go along with the regular season ones I've already done...

Actually, I already did one as a test case. I took the 1940 MLB exhibition schedule, and it was interesting in its own right. Many games had the major league teams playing minor league teams; the Cardinals and Reds played a series of games in Cuba against a team of Cuban All-Stars; and major league teams often paired up to play several exhibition games in a row (for example, the Yankees and Dodgers played each other 7 consecutive times to finish off their spring training schedule). Another aspect to it was how the teams started off in their spring training grounds, and after some time there, slowly made their way towards their home cities, playing exhibition contests in various towns along the way.
