the fact is, from what little IP law I know, as long as the company who's copyrights you're infringing doesn't call you on it, you're fine. But once they call you on it, you better stop or face the piper. Kid Rock, face the piper. Take it down. Do it to save face cause from where I sit, an immature commish will NEVER get me to join their league (nor many others here) and you might have a hard time filling in the next position if you don't apologize and move on.

BigPhesta... once again your EGO shows itsself, I have no piper to face. I was the one attacked for "STEALING" something lets not forget this. the MATURE thing to do was for the guy to email me asking for it to be taken down. I dought the guy can produce any copywrite on that picture and the more people want to cry the more I am inclined to leave it their. But he decided to call me out in public.
You see I realy dont care what you or others think, realy I filled up 27 owners of a 30 team league without ever posint the league publicly so I felt I would all you all the opertunity to grab up the last 3 spots....but believe me I will not allow IMMATURE guys to join the TCBL.
