I haven't played OOTP for a while but today I accidently deleted the league I was playing through WIndows Explorer. Now when I load up OOTP and try to access another saved league or start a new one I get a pop-up message with the heading "Microsoft Visual C ++ Library" the error bog says "Runtime error!!
Program C:/Program Files/400 Software Studios/OOTP5/OOTP5.exe
abnormal program termination.

When I click the ok box OOTP closes.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this.
