Ok so you pre-order. They release the game unfinished, tell you in 2-3 weeks it will be finished but you only have 1 week to get a refund. Does that make sense to anyone? I can see if they released the game as is then said if we get some stuff in later then fine. If we can't we won't. But thats not the case here.
