I echo these sentiments. These guys are fantastic. About 9-10 months ago folks were generating some fantastic stuff for me as well (when I was in the thick of creating a nice fictional league).
Of course, now Eugene Church is hogging all the designers, so I can't get anyone to touch my banner  , but nonetheless, all of you guys doing this stuff are great.
