At this point I think it would be best to put in a Catobase ticket at
http://www.equalnicity.com (under "Support Tickets"). The reason is that you have worked yourself around a few of the easier-to-find technical problems that were not necessarily the fault of Catobase, but now some unusual player stat or team data is causing Catobase to fail, and the source of these kinds of errors are very difficult to find without stepping through the import process with the uncompiled Catobase application. I was getting this same EOF/BOF error as well, and could not find anything in the MDB database or the OOTP htm/CSV data (I was hoping that I had made a mistake on league start/end dates).
Note for the equalnicity.com ticket file attachment: There is a 1 MB file upload limit for tickets, so in your case I think you'd have to split up your ticket attachment in 2 parts (I think your CSV's and OOTP html added up to more than 1MB).
