I'd second the Salt Lake vote - seems they would have the population base and potentially the money to support a major league team. The Jazz do well there and I think lack of a facility is the only reason there isn't talk of NFL or MLB relocation there. San Antonio is another, and if you want to talk about a pretty good baseball city, what about Oklahoma City? Seems they just built a new stadium for the Redhawks not long ago so I don't know if it's big enough or expandable, but the Big 12 tournament is talking about playing there and I've heard it is a first rate facility. Don't know much about Birmingham but it seems they would also have the population base.
