I'm missing something here. The guy already has an E rating as a starter. You don't need to chuck up 5 ST points to convert him, he's already converted. Getting that initial endurance rating is the key. Now you can throw a couple ST points to boost the stamina. You seem to be getting 6 innings a game out of him. I think a good starter is always worth more than a good reliever. Where would you want your best pitcher, throwing 200 innings a year as a starter or throwing 80 innings a year as a reliever?
Now if you already have a fairly deep rotation and a glaring need in the bullpen, then by all meand keep him there. But if you need another starter then I'd go with this guy.
