I don't know if Garcia would take a backup role. It just seemed weird for the Falcons to go after someone who can still start to be a backup. Maybe the should inquire about Shaun King, or Aklili Smith. That way, at least they would have a mobile QB that fits in case Vick gets hurt they can use the same system.
