Is it possible to set the service time large enough that it never counts a year for each player? For instance, let's say I change my league to a 154 game schedule, but have my service time for a player year set at 162 games. No one will ever play a full year, so will they always remain on their current team without counting years of service time. This might be a way around having financials on but not free agency, if that's not possible within the game settings.
