The only things I look at are stats and ratings. I usually promote mainly on stats. I like to have a player prove he is dominant at one level before moving him up, or if a guy had good numbers for a year or two at a level I'll move him up. The only time I rush someone is if he is getting old for the level, like if I have a 23 yr old in A ball I'll move him up because its time for him sink or swim.
