When I buy a game and I no longer want to play it, I'll do my best to sell it to someone for half price or less.

What's the deal then with E-Licence and previous versions of OOTP, such as OOTP3. I will never play it again after buying OOTP4 so feel that I should be able to 'sell' the licence to someone else. I don't advocate software piracy, or licence piracy in this case, but should I not be allowed to sell a property that I will not use again?
