Thanks for the answer. BOSI will catch all the ratings changes (From good to brill etc.) while the player development will miss some of them. That works for me. I am glad that this is the case. I like the league and didn't want to make a big deal out of this. He seems like a good guy and the endurance increases/batting and catcher's arm increase really were nothing huge just minor improvements on 4 of his starters players.

My last question: If a rating was changed manually would it show up on BOSI and not the development page?

I ask this because after comparing the development pages and BOSI development for some other teams I found no other discrepencies.
