In my universe with most all of the fighters from the British commonwealth nations and North America I have the European title and the North American Title.
I actually use the IBF to rank the European fighters and the WBA to rank the North American, with my own santioning body (HBA) to determine the World rankings. This adds some variety to the rankings.
