Can someone explain to me name files? What I want, is to severly edit the current ones (some of them drive me nuts). Here is what I can determine so far...

There are 3 "sets" of name files afnames & anames, lafnames & lanames, and fnames and names. I assume a = asian, and la is latin american. I assume I don't have to have those nationalities in those files. I can pick other nationalities if I like. Is there a way to edit the frequency the a and la files are used (WAY too many of both imo).
