I think the problem with arb now is that its not purely stat based- as such, a 5 star player will get a big reward, whether he plays or not. This goes back to something I have hoped for for a long time. I would love it if the game "sees" a players stats. Not only does this effect the financial system, but career stats as well. I hate it when a player retires at 38 years old but 7 hits from the all time record.
