Is that the AI will automaticly set the rotation to "start highest rested starter" mode, and if you (the person) wants to change how OTHER teams (teams you are not managing) set their rotation mode, you can. Rotation mode should be set up by the AI manager (Not every team, starts their highest rested starters. . .even when they should (twins)), and the human should be able to control it either.
