The bell sounds, Zech wraps up Prebeg. They separate themselves. The referee then calls a halt here in round 4. He takes Prebeg back to his doctor to take a look at Prebeg's eye....We're waiting for a call......it's over!! This fight is history!! Prebegs eye is too bad to allow the fight to go on.

It's a TKO victory at the 0:26 mark in round 4 for defending European HW Champion Gerhard Zech!!

I don't mind seeing Zech win but I think this fight got stopped too soon! The judges scores for the first 3 rounds were 29-28 Prebeg with judge 1 and 29-28 Zech with judges 2 and 3.

Zech landed the punches that did the most damage though on that eye of Prebeg's.

Oh well....BRING ON ALI!!!!
