[Crapshoot]

I think a Comish has to start a team and guide it initially based on his own principles, along with whoever was a part of it initially. As it evolves though, I prefer the idea of some degree of group thought on this issue, dependent on how dedicated the owners are and how long they have been and are likely to be a part of it.. .
